Removable thermal insulation material "ECOJACKET"

Improve thermal efficiency for energy saving and power conservation! Stable temperatures lead to reduced power consumption and fuel savings!

"ECOJACKET" is a removable and reusable insulation cover product that differs from conventional insulation material installation. It contributes to reducing the surface temperature of heat sources such as machinery and the surrounding ambient temperature. By attaching it to heat exchangers, piping, etc., it stabilizes temperature, leading to reduced power and fuel consumption. Additionally, by installing it on outdoor piping and pumps, it prevents freezing due to drops in outside temperature. 【Features】 ■ Achieves cost reduction ■ Avoids pipe damage ■ Increases operational efficiency by shortening warm-up time ■ Resolves noise issues ■ Improves working environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Insulation material

The heat storage capacity is small, allowing for a reduction in the time required for the furnace to heat up and cool down!

Our company provides ceramic fibers, which are produced by electrically melting high-purity alumina and silica raw materials and then fiberizing them using the blowing method or spinning method, as "thermal insulation materials." Due to their thermal conductivity being less than about 1/10 of that of heat-resistant bricks and less than 1/2 of that of insulating bricks, they offer excellent insulation effects. Additionally, because they are primarily composed of high-purity alumina and silica, they exhibit excellent resistance to chemical agents other than strong alkalis, fluorine, and phosphoric acid. 【Features】 ■ High heat resistance, used as insulation material in high-temperature ranges of 1000°C to 1700°C ■ Lightweight with flexibility and excellent elasticity ■ Low heat storage capacity, capable of reducing the time required for furnace heating and cooling *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
